The surf was up on Lake Erie Sunday, Nov. 16 and surfers from across Ontario and New York battled it out on the waves in the Gales of November fourth annual Magilla Schaus Memorial Surf Contest.
The contest was held where surfing began in the Port Colborne area on Lake Erie, and where one of the oldest — if not the oldest — surf clubs on the Great Lakes began.
